How to find your items :

There are three main simple ways to choose items on our web site.
1) Simply use the main navigation bars to browse our categories, i.e. Pashmina Stoles and Pashmina Shawls. Categories also have subcategories, which will appear when you click your mouse over the categories. After you have selected your category, we will show you the thumbnails of each item. Click any of these and you will see the product page for that item and larger view of that product after click on view larger or product image.
2) If you know exactly what you want and have seen it in our catalogue, simply type in the product code(s) in the boxes provided on the home page(For example 4501 ).The item will then be displayed with details.

Placing the Order :

When you have finished selecting your items, simply click on the CHECKOUT or SHOPPING BAG link to view your selection. At this stage you may amend or remove any item from the Cart/Shopping Bag. If you have made any changes click the UPDATE link, and when you have finished with changes, click the CHECKOUT button. You will now be taken to the PERSONAL DETAILS section of the web site (unless you have registered previously), where you register with “PURE WORLD LIMITED”, and select your personal information. Please read this page carefully and choose the option that best suits you. If you are a registered customer of the “PURE WORLD LIMITED”, you may simply submit your log in information by using the small text link on the bottom of the page.

Ordering Errors :

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.

If you are still concerned about ordering electronically, you can place your order by calling our order help line on 0870 8501970 from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm London time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery and After Sales Information :

Delivery presently is restricted to U.K Main land only. As such orders will be accepted only having delivery address within U.K. We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed.

When you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided with the order. If you do not receive this in 24 hours, it means we may not have your email address correctly, or your order has not been received. When we process your order into our system, you will be allotted an “Order No.” and a second email will be sent. This will include more specific order information as the stock is assigned to your order.

We guarantee complete satisfaction on all of our products. We inspect each and every piece before shipping, to ensure the quality of your purchase. Your order will not be completed and your credit card will not be charged until you click the Submit button. Order Status :

You can always find out the latest status of your order from “Your Account” order history. Your order can be in any of the stages given below:
1. QUEUED – The order is received and is under process.
2. PROCESSED – The order processed and under dispatch.
3. COMPLETE – Items dispatched.

Substitution Policy :

Although “Pure World Limited” believes that it will have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, it is possible that certain Products may be unavailable, at some particular time. In the event an item you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, “Pure World Limited” will attempt to notify you and will fill the remainder of your order.

Cancellation Policy :

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 24 Hours of placing the order. However when the order is being cancelled which is still under process, we would cancel the order and charge only 15% of the cost towards the Service Fee.

Product Pricing and Shipping Charges :

You will be charged the prices quoted for Products you have selected for purchase at the time you submit your order at checkout. If pricing for Products you have ordered changes after you place your order and your order is not yet shown as "COMPLETED" in the order history page available to you on “Pure World Limited” web site, you may cancel your order for the Products and place a new order for the Products. (Please note that “Pure World Limited” will not notify you that pricing has changed, but you may re-visit the web site after submitting your order and learn that a change has occurred). If you find a pricing change, you may check the status of your order on the order history page of the site.

Returns :

At “Pure World” we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us every time you visit. However, we realize that buying online, your computer screen may not show exactly the same colors as ours. Therefore, we have decided to offer an easy Return Policy.

Return policy :

We accept the return of all goods provided that you return them to us in the original packing accompanied by the packing slip or a copy, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. When you return an item, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be dispatched within 7 days of the Shipping date to receive full refund or exchange. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be only in the form of a company cheque or crediting of amount in your account (in case of payments made through Credit Card). “Pure World Limited’s” total liability for any claim however shall not exceed the price of item. Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. through our Gift Registry service) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Goods not received back in acceptable condition may be refused.

Damage or Faulty Goods :

You can always return goods if they are damaged or defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any goods damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If the goods are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

How to Return an Item :

When sending any products to the Pure World Ltd Customer Service Centre, please always contact a representative on 0870 8501970 before dispatching or e-mailing us on orders@pureworldshopping.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please have the following details ready at hand - your Order Reference Number, your email address, a daytime contact number, and a reason for the return. In the case of a damaged, defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible for you. All returns must be sent back to us in their original Packaging. In the case of Damaged items where the Packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Orders :

Some times you may like to cancel your orders – No hassles. We always welcome this change of your thought and you may do so. If the order is already processed and the item dispatched, you may return the item as explained above in the “Return Policy”.

Availability :

We do not like to disappoint our customers, so we try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place your order we will inform you when your order will be dispatched. Despite our best efforts, demand can sometimes take us by surprise and items may become unavailable. If this is the case we will communicate to you at the earliest possible.
