How can I track the status of my order and order history?

You must be a registered customer to access your order history. Sign in to review details of all your orders. To register click here.


Where do I find the details about the items?

Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase.


How do I place an item in my Shopping Cart?

To purchase an item, you must first add it to your Shopping Cart. Select the Product you would like to buy and click “Add to your Shopping Cart” button. After you have successfully added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can click the “View your Shopping Cart” button and then proceed to checkout.


How do I complete my order?

After you have added an item to your Shopping Cart you will immediately be able to view your items and start the checkout process.

Here are the steps you'll go through in the checkout process:

If you are not a registered customer, provide your registration information by registering yourself with Pureworldshopping.com or else log in (if you haven't already) or create an account here by filling in the form. Click SUBMIT.
If you are a registered customer and already logged in, click checkout.

Checkout Step 2 of 3
You will have a page with product details and payment method. Select your payment method and click CONTINUE.

Checkout Step 3 of 3
You are at the final stage for submitting your order. Here is your order Summary. Fill in the credit card/cheque details, comments/ requests and click SUBMIT ORDER.

Order Confirmation:

Your order has been successfully submitted and you can review the Order Invoice. You will receive your Order Confirmation E-mail within a few hours.

If you still concerned about ordering electronically, you can place your order by calling our order help line on 0870 8501970 from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm London time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.


How do I know my order has been received?

Your order is complete!
After you click the Submit Order button, you will receive a Confirmation page thanking you for placing order and showing your invoice detail and an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you have given us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost.


When Can I expect my order?

Pure World Limited delivers your order for FREE.

We use Royal mail Ist Class post for delivery. You must order online before 12:30 pm or if it is urgent then please call us at 0870 8501970 before 4.00 pm to enable us to process your order on priority.

The Customer Services line is open 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you placed order through cheque, there may be a slight delay of few days.


Where is my delivery?

We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed. If after 7 days you have not received your products then please call Customer Services on 0870 8501970, or e-mail us on orders@pureworldshopping.com.


How do I solve a problem with my order? (Place orders, change, return or cancel it, wrong item, missing item etc.)

If you have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail at orders@pureworldshshopping.com or may also call our Consumer Service Department at 0870 8501970. You will need to provide us with all pertinent information (name, address, phone number, order number, etc.). Not providing all of the pertinent information will increase the time it takes to find a solution and receive a reply. Representatives are available from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm


Can I come and visit you to choose my pashmina?

NO - Sorry, we do not have the insurance to admit the public in to our warehouse. But our returns policy is easy going so you can simply order and expect them in the post the next day.


How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

You won't have to calculate the shipping charges for your order. The shipping charges are automatically calculated for you and displayed at the time of Checkout.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following:
• Credit Cards (Visa and Master Cards).
• Cheques.

If you want to pay by cheque you may want to use the mail order form that is available in our web site. Include the check (made payable to Pure World Limited) and mail the form along with check to Pure World Limited at:

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

At Pureworldshopping.com, protecting your information is a priority.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) provided by “Go Daddy” to encrypt your credit card details. You can click on “GO DADDY” logo provided on the site to verify the details of SSL certificate.


Does Pureworldshopping.com participate in pop-up advertising?

No, Pureworldshopping.com does not participate in pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is most likely due to an Ad Ware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music web sites.


How do I change my e-mail address?

Simply follow the easy steps below to update your e-mail address.

Registered Account:
• You must be signed in to your account.
• Click on "Your Account >Account Profile" at the right side of any page.
• Update your e-mail address in the appropriate column.
• Click on "Submit".


Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Yes. Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience:
If you request a refund, we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned goods. You will receive an email from orders@pureworldshopping.com to confirm the refund has taken place. It will then take 2 or 3 working days to appear back on your card.
We can only refund you by the method which you paid.

Note :- When sending any product to the Pure World Ltd Customer Service Centre, please always contact a representative on 0870 8501970 before its dispatch. Also please add a description of the defect and use the original packaging, attach thereto a copy of your proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.


When to expect your refund or credit?

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered through credit card, we'll credit your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by cheque, we'll mail you a refund cheque.

Please wait seven working days before contacting our Customer Services telephone line on 0870 8501970, or e-mailing us on orders@pureworldshopping.com. Please have your order number, contained in the e-mail confirming your order, to hand before calling. The Customer Services line is open 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
